An obsession with flowers combined with a passion for farming, creativity, and the small-business atmosphere gave birth to Pleasant Valley Flowers

Kim Arnold grew up on a vegetable farm in Argyle, NY, living and breathing plants; Peyton Atkins started interning on that same farm in 2016 where he met Kim and they got married. Peyton and Kim Atkins founded Pleasant Valley Flowers in 2018 selling edible flowers in the tri-county area of Eastern New York; in 2021 they started growing cut flowers for mixed bouquets and bunches. Currently they’re scaling up the farm while raising their two energetic children and working hard to build Pleasant Valley Flowers into a business that will support their family within a few years.

Loren Atkins partnered with Peyton and Kim at the end of 2021 and we can’t wait to see what the future will bring! Loren recently became a certified florist so that Pleasant Valley Flowers can bring professional level designs you at our farmer’s markets and events.
